About Leah

Leah Knauer is a multi-talented comedic and musical powerhouse! An aficionado of improv, stand-up, and Broadway, Leah loves to make people laugh and charm audiences with her sass. Leah has done it all - she's improvised with Wayne Brady, interned for Conan O'Brien, done impressions for Jimmy Fallon, and sang with Jack Black!

You can see her in the movies JAY AND SILENT BOB REBOOT, PINK SKIES AHEAD, MISSING PUP, and co-starring on Comedy Central’s CORPORATE and NOT SAFE WITH NIKKI GLASER. She is the Gemini half of "BASIC WITCHES" podcast, originally recorded at The Comedy Store, which was nominated for Most Exceptional Witch Podcast.

Leah is featured regularly in videos for Buzzfeed, CollegeHumor, and Refinery 29. She was a writer for Fullscreen, for DirecTV's comedy sports late night talk show FAIR GAME WITH BROCK EVERETT.  Leah has been featured in Forbes & Cosmopolitan. She is a recurring fashion host for Hearst Magazine's Clevver Style and regularly does improvised characters and impressions on the Def Noodles Show podcast.

Leah wrote the sexual consent awareness show THE C-WORD: CONSENT,  which tours colleges across the country. She was a cast member and writer for Wayne Brady’s musical improv comedy show MAKING HITS UP and worked on Jimmy Fallon's musical show THAT'S MY JAM.  Leah manifested a part in Kevin Smith's movie JAY AND SILENT BOB REBOOT after tweeting at him for 278 consecutive days.

Leah has performed at San Francisco SketchFest, Del Close Marathon in NYC, Red Rocks Comedy Festival in Utah, Las Vegas Comedy Festival, and more. She’s trained extensively in improv at UCB, iO West, Groundlings, Second City Chicago, and Westside Comedy.

Leah is obsessed with all things fashion, Broadway musicals, spirituality/wellness, and sports (but only when it has to do with the Eagles or Phillies and only if they're winning.) She is an outspoken advocate for mental health, sex-positivity & body-positivity, and female empowerment. Leah's personal mission in life is to add sparkle, sass, and laughs wherever she can.
